FAQ
Q Are updates free of charge?
Updates are free for all releases of the current series, at the time series 3.x.x.
Q How can I update the program?
Just start the setup program, which will replace the files and make the necessary changes. It is recommended that you do not uninstall the installed program.
Q Can I check the availability of updates from the program itself?
Yes, just use the menu command “Help” → “Check for Updates”. Version control is performed via your default browser.
Q I have updated the program but the activation key is not recognized.
The activation key is different between the various editions and for different series (2.x.x - 3.x.x). Please check that you have installed the version / series for which you purchased the license.
Q Will automatic updates be implemented?
Probably not, because the program is usually operated in enterprise environments with strict security policies that prevent activation of the feature.
